This catalog was designed for the exhibition A Century and a Day: From Memory to Imagination, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the former Seoul Station. It reconstructs a century of history—from Gyeongseong Station in 1925 to Seoul Station and today’s Culture Station Seoul 284—through archival images, dates, and historical records. Since its opening in 1925, the station has stood alongside the modern and contemporary history of Korea and Seoul. The exhibition traces the layered memories accumulated over a century and reflects on the day that follows, imagining the future beyond.

In the design, EVERYDAY PRACTICE focused on connecting architectural structure and historical records into a single visual flow. Historical images, years, coordinates, and traces are layered to reveal the density of time embedded in Seoul Station, forming scenes where memories of the past pass through the present toward future imagination. The cover draws from the red brick that characterizes the historic Seoul Station building. Its color and texture inform the material expression of the book, reflecting both the symbolism of the architecture and the weight of time it carries. The catalog functions as both a record of the exhibition and a physical translation of the temporal texture embedded in Seoul Station.
